We also manage our client’s desktop and laptop environments remotely, building and managing a secure suite of applications and in many cases, providing the underlying hardware as a service. 

We operate an exceptional 1st line support service handling more than 12,000 calls a month, with 96% of faults resolved within a two-hour SLA. Up to 40% of customer 1st line tickets can be automated using our suite of bespoke AI tools, providing superb service and reducing cost for our customers. 

We provide all this as a single value-added service charged monthly per user and including hardware, licences, software, security, management and support. One service: multiple components, one fee.
