Our supply chain includes telecommunications providers, hardware manufacturers, software vendors, distributors, logistics organisations and specialist subcontractors that support service delivery.

ITPS has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency across all business activities and throughout our supply chain. Our Modern Slavery Policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners.

Supplier Due Diligence for Slavery and Human Trafficking

We undertake due diligence on suppliers during onboarding and contract renewal processes, including confirmation of compliance with applicable legislation and ethical business practices. Supplier contracts include provisions prohibiting forced, compulsory or trafficked labour and require suppliers to uphold equivalent standards within their own supply chains.

We recognise that modern slavery risks may exist within complex international technology and logistics supply chains. These risks are assessed through supplier selection processes, supplier reviews and ongoing contract management activities. Where concerns are identified, corrective actions are implemented and monitored.

Training

As part of our commitment to being an ethical business & employer, our team members are trained on the risks posed by modern slavery and how to identify signs of abuse.

Relevant employees receive training and guidance on ethical business conduct, modern slavery indicators and escalation procedures to ensure awareness of responsibilities and support compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking

ITPS monitors the effectiveness of its anti-slavery controls through internal audits, supplier reviews, contractual compliance checks and the investigation of any reported concerns. Measures include supplier due diligence completion, employee training, audit outcomes and any identified incidents within our business or supply chain. Employees are encouraged to report concerns through established management and reporting channels.
