We own and operate a Tier 3+ 500 rack capacity Data Centre and are well positioned to provide Mid-Market and Corporate clients with a mix of Public and Hybrid Cloud Services, Security, Connectivity and Data Analytics.

Location: Flexible working, home/Office based. Our main office is based in Chester-le-Street, County Durham.

The role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The key objective of this role is to support the marketing department to deliver on a wide range of marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns and communication activities.

The individual needs to be able to prove they have the knowledge of all social media areas (e.g LinkedIn & Twitter) and knowledge of how to execute successful campaigns through these platforms.

You will be joining a small but close-knit marketing team. We are looking for someone that is a hard-working individual who is creative, goes ‘that extra mile’ and who has ideally recently graduated from university with a marketing degree. This role will report into the Marketing Team Leader and will need to support in blog posts, email marketing, events, newsletters, whitepapers/case studies.


  • Prepare content for emailing marketing campaigns (newsletters, press releases, events) in order to attract and win new customers
  • Website content preparation
  • Assist with webinars/podcasts
  • Assist in preparing events
  • Enhance the organisation social media presence across all platforms
  • Help develop content that will appeal to existing and potential customers
  • Collate, maintain and analyse marketing data from campaigns
  • Analyse social media click throughs/ lead generation
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare internal and external customer/partner facing events
  • Develop content of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Essential criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
  • Have demonstrable marketing experience in social media
  • Knowledge in Adobe suite
  • Have excellent communication/written skills
  • Hard working & be able to think outside the box
