ITPS is a growing and highly accredited Managed Service Provider (Tier 1 Microsoft and a Cisco Enterprise Security Partner and is NHS HSCN accredited). We own and operate a Tier 3+ 500 rack capacity Data Centre and are well positioned to provide Mid-Market and Corporate clients with a mix of Public and Hybrid Cloud Services, Security, Connectivity and Data Analytics.

Location: Our Head Office is based in Drum Industrial Estate, Chester le Street.

The Role:

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Service Delivery department to support with everyday administrative tasks and to provide a quality front of house service to the business.


  • Support the Service Delivery Team by compiling and issuing monthly customer reports
  • Effective communication with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer reports are issued on time
  • Supporting the Service Delivery Team with general administration and reporting
  • Answering general enquires by telephone and e-mail
  • Liaising with 3rd party facility suppliers
  • Undertake any other task/duties that may be reasonably required to ensure all data is recorded on the system
  • Book goods in and out
  • Permanent presence within the reception area
  • Complete regular facility checks
  • Support with Health and safety requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in an administration/customer services role
  • Ability to build and develop constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • First class organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong written and verbal skills, confidence in presenting information
  • Must be IT literate, with at least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Power point and Excel
  • A good understanding of Microsoft products Teams/SharePoint
  • A good attention to detail

Desirable Criteria:

  • Worked within a customer service role within the IT industry
  • The ability to interpret and translate data into a reportable format
  • Knowledge and understanding of NPS

The salary for this role is £19,000 – £21,000 depending upon experience.
