We have an opportunity in Service for a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer.

Our 1st Line engineers are the first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for providing remote support via telephone, email and remote support applications. We like you to test your knowledge so if you feel like you can resolve a call/incident with a first time fix and within the defined SLA, we encourage you to try! As a main part of this role is dealing with customers, you must be able to provide excellent communication at all times and keep the customer regularly updated.
